Strawberry Fields

I find Sunday as the most laziest day of the week. This is the day when I feel like not going to work the next day which is the notorious Monday. :( Hayys! The day when I feel of eating everything that I can see and grab from the fridge, sit on the couch, turn on the TV watch movie until I fall asleep. Sunday is lazy but fun and I want everyday is Sunday. 

Here in our house at Antipolo, I usually spend Sunday afternoon alone. My dad, whose the only person here, not to mention that out dog Frankie is missing, used to do his own thing every Sunday so I don't have a choice but to enjoy being alone till Mommy and Nanay are home. I grab this opportunity to experiment on food. Haha! And look what I got... 



Seriously, its good!! :) Instead of having a whip cream, mayonnaise can be an alternative. :) 
Must try!

Mt. Talamitam: My Mother Mountain

Sitting at the top of Mt. Talamitam last Feb. 2016 It was February this year when I finally said "yes" to my friend Toni's invitation to hike a mountain. After several invitations that I declined in the past, she was able to lure me in (and it's something that I did not regret!) I was actually scared as it is my first time to climb a mountain. A trip to KAMAY NI HESUS

This is the last part of our last trip to Quezon. We visited the famous Kamay Ni Hesus in Lucban, Quezon. Its like a 30 minute drive from Tayabas. I did not count how many stairs we had to climb before we get into the top. Next time I'll count them.  Its been a great trip to Jesus' Hands! :) Feel blessed!

El Nido: A Paradise Part 2

Welcome to our second day of Island tour in the beautiful place of El Nido in the heart of Palawan. :) We stayed there for 4D/3N but still those days were not enough to explore all the islands of El Nido. Maybe next time will book for 5 days. Our guide and boat operator at the first day told us that El Nido alone has 150 islands. I'm still verifying that information as of this writing.  An escape to paradise. :) I can say that this trip is the highlight of my 2013. Indeed it's MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES!!! :) The travel time is so worth it. We visited several islands/beaches that El Nido is very proud of. During our stay, we were able to visit these breathtaking sceneries.
